How I can help
Four ways I work with individuals, organisations, and leaders. Every engagement is scoped to your context, so treat these as starting points, not fixed packages.
-
For leaders who want to grow, or who've been promoted faster than they've been developed.
One-to-one coaching over a set number of sessions, usually informed by a psychometric assessment so we start with a clear picture of how you think, lead, and land with other people. We work on the real challenges in front of you instead of abstract leadership theory.
Common focus areas: leading through change, executive presence, decision-making under pressure, managing up, avoiding burnout, and stepping into a bigger role.
You come out understanding yourself better and leading with more intention.
-
For companies whose managers were promoted for being good at their old job, rather than being good with people.
Workshops and programmes that build the skills managers use every day. Delivered as a one-off session, a series, or a longer development journey. Live and remote-friendly.
Common topics: giving feedback that lands, difficult conversations, psychological safety, emotional intelligence, performance conversations, and sustainable pace.
You get managers who develop their people instead of just managing tasks, which is where retention actually comes from.
-
For teams that need training people will remember and use.
I design learning built on cognitive science (cognitive load, spaced practice, retrieval) and aimed at actual behaviour change. I'll build from scratch or strengthen what you already have. Made for busy, distributed teams with mixed levels of experience.
You get learning that transfers into how people work, and that you can measure.

Career decisions have become more complex, with less linear paths and an increasing need for adaptability and self-awareness.
This service provides structured, evidence-based guidance through a combination of psychometric assessment and one-on-one coaching. It moves beyond generic advice by helping individuals understand their cognitive strengths, interests, motivations, and preferred ways of working.
The process is suitable for individuals aged 16 and above, including:
Students choosing subjects or fields of study
Individuals exploring career options
Professionals considering a career pivot
Those experiencing uncertainty or feeling stuck
In a world where transferable skills and continuous change are the norm, the focus is on building self-awareness and identifying realistic, aligned pathways. Grounded in positive psychology, the approach supports both clarity and confidence, enabling individuals to make informed decisions about their future.
A note on psychometrics
I'm qualified to administer and interpret validated psychometric assessments across cognitive ability, personality, and behaviour. I use these inside coaching and development to give people an honest starting point. If you need assessment for a specific purpose like team-building or selection, ask, and I'll tell you what's possible.
Assessment process
All assessments, no matter the purpose, follow a structured, ethical process to ensure accuracy, fairness, and meaningful insight:
Intake & Exploration of Requirements
Understanding the context, insight requirements, and intended use of the assessment, and defining success criteria. This ensures that the approach is meets the final need.
Informed Consent & Assessment Administration
Ensuring candidates are fully informed of the purpose & process of the assessment, followed by the administration of carefully selected, validated tools under standardised conditions.
Analysis, Interpretation & Reporting
Interpreting results within a psychological framework to produce clear, contextualised insights that go beyond scores to meaningful patterns and implications.
Structured Feedback &
Application of Insights
Providing structured feedback to candidates and/or stakeholders, with practical recommendations to support selection decisions and ongoing development.
