I am a registered Industrial-Organisational Psychologist (PS0151270) with a Master’s degree from the University of Cape Town and over five years of applied global experience across assessment, leadership development and coaching, learning and development, employee wellbeing, and organisational effectiveness. I am also a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, recognising sustained academic excellence.
I am a multi-national (British, South African, and Mauritian) currently working remotely from Mauritius serving clients globally. This cross-cultural background brings a strong appreciation for diverse perspectives, ways of thinking, and organisational contexts. Services are delivered remotely as standard, with in-person support available where required.
My work is grounded in the scientific study of human behaviour at work, how people think, perform, learn, and grow. I partner with organisations and individuals to bring clarity to complex decisions, using evidence-based tools and frameworks that are both rigorous and practical.
