Hi, I’m Narisha

I'm a registered Industrial-Organisational Psychologist and Coach. I help people grow and thrive at work, and I help companies get more from the talent they already have.

My work sits where psychology meets practice. I take real science and turn it into practical changes in the way people work: a coaching conversation that shifts something, a manager who finally gives good feedback, a training programme people actually remember.

Professional Summary

I'm a registered I-O psychologist (HPCSA PS0151270) with a Master's degree from the University of Cape Town and over five years of global experience in coaching, leadership development, and learning design. I am also a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, recognising sustained academic excellence.

I've worked with remote-first teams across the UK, Europe, Africa, and Latin America, so I know how people grow, and how they stall in their development, in distributed, cross-cultural companies. Sessions run remotely as standard, with in-person support available where it's needed.

My work is grounded in the scientific study of human behaviour at work, how people think, perform, learn, and grow. I partner with leaders and individuals to bring clarity to complex decisions, and using evidence-based tools and frameworks I provide practical guidance while maintaining a consistent standard of professional and ethical practice.

I'm multinational (British, South African, and Mauritian) and I work remotely from Mauritius with clients worldwide. My cross-cultural background brings a strong appreciation for diverse perspectives, ways of thinking, and organisational contexts.
